Payment Policies
- US $300.00 downpayment due at time of reservation
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for stays during the low season,
and 60 days prior to arrival during high season and holidays - Payment via our business PayPal account. No charge to guest.
- US $100.00 Studio and US $200.00 One Bedroom separate refundable
damage deposit due at time of final payment. - Check-in after 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am
- Full-day rental charged to guarantee late check out
- NOTE: These units are appropriate for a maximum of two guests per unit unless special arrangements have been made with the owner.
- Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel for any reason, your monies are refundable in full up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. Within 30 days of your arrival, your monies are refunded only for the nights we are able to rebook the property.
