Payment Policies
US$250.00 deposit due at time of reservation
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for stays during the low season,
and 60 days prior to arrival during high season and holidays
Payment by check or personal money order. Credit card payments accepted
through PayPal (3% surcharge applies)
A key and linen deposit of $100.00 for studios and $200.00 for apartments is due
with final payment, refunded within 7 days of check-out
Check-in after 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am
Full-day rental charged to guarantee late check out
NOTE: All accommodations are for a maximum of two guests in each unit.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel for any reason, your downpayment is refundable, minus $100 cancellation fee. Once we are within 30 days (60 days high season) of arrival date, your moneys are refundable, minus the $100 cancellation fee, ONLY FOR THOSE NIGHTS WE ARE ABLE TO RERENT THE UNIT.
