Payment Policies
US$200.00 deposit due at time of reservation
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for stays during the low season,
and 60 days prior to arrival during high season and holidays
Payment by check or personal money order. Credit card payments accepted
through PayPal (3% surcharge applies)
$100 key and linen deposit due with final payment, refunded within 7 days
of check-out
Check-in after 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am
Full-day rental charged to guarantee late check out
NOTE: All accommodations are for a maximum of two guests in each unit.
